Sharon de Ryck is a Reiki Master/Teacher, Certified Reflexologist, Transformational Mentor and Bio-energy Therapist. A Bio-Energy therapy session is one she developed over years of working in the human energy field. This therapy incorporates Eastern & Western energy techniques, and includes balancing the Chakras. This is a harmonizing, balancing and de-stressing of the physical body while clearing and balancing the energy field(s).

In her Mentoring practice Sharon draws on her diverse business and corporate back ground and her knowledge and life experience as a practitioner and teacher of the Laws of the Universe of which the Law of Attraction is one of them. What is empowering, and also fun is having an individual get to know their Animal Totems and the unique wisdom/medicine that is available to them in times of Transition and Change.

Sharon has been in practice for over 20 years and is a firm believer in the Mind, Body, Soul and Spirit Connection.
