Thursday morning yoga with Sheena 🧘‍♀️

A 60min Hatha Yoga class where you will be guided through a series of body strengthening, heart opening, and balancing poses to help calm your mind, clear your thoughts and develop greater awareness of your body.

We will be using props such as blocks, straps and blankets to help guide you into each pose.

Sequenced for all skill levels ✨

Bring your mat and some water and come enjoy some time to reflect and release.

Weekly classes begin Thursday, July 13 at 10am sharp. Arrive early to give yourself time to get setup and settled
