These past eighteen months have been really challenging for kids, teens and families. Let’s start this school year off in the best way possible.
In our parents’ workshop, we will focus on effective communication, stress management, healthy ways to handle anxiety, self-doubt, and more. Bring your questions, take some time to recharge your batteries and learn some healthy ways to trade frustration for peace.
Come prepared for some fun!
Bring your imagination, wear comfy clothes, bring all of your questions, be ready to paint and do some drawing/writing in a journal and have fun discovering some great things about yourself.
Please wear clothes you can paint in, bring a water bottle and a snack if you would like, and a big towel or a yoga mat.
